Magneti Marelli Parts & Services and XEV have joined forces for XEV aftersales with the aim of providing an exceptional consumer experience and car assistance to XEV car owners, as well as offering technical training and support to the XEV dealer network.
Within the framework this agreement, Magneti Marelli Checkstar certificated workshops and its experts will provide XEV dealers and consumers with knowledge and skills, as well as the very latest technology in the electric car sector. Furthermore, Magneti Marelli Parts & Services will provide technical training support to the XEV dealership workshop.
XEV is an innovative car manufacturer founded in Turin in 2018. In May 2021 it launched the YOYO, its first fully electric city car. Customers are the main focus for XEV. It aims not only to offer competitive and excellent/value urban mobility solutions, but also to provide global state-of-the-art after-sales service to its customers.
The partnership with Magneti Marelli Parts & Services, the commercial division of Marelli that handles the distribution of spare parts, automotive components and know-how to Magneti Marelli Checkstar workshops, will provide a seamless brand ownership experience to its consumers.

Through this partnership, the Magneti Marelli Checkstar workshop network adds to XEV’s current dealer network that covers over 30 Italian cities, making it possible to provide services to YOYO owners in more than 80 workshops throughout the country. The agreement to provide maintenance services to XEV customers will later be extended to cover other European markets.
